bread slices,egg 3,tomato 1 finely chopped,onion 2 finely chopped,turmeric powder half tsp,garam masala powder 2-3 tsp,red chilly powder 1 tsp,green chilly 2-3, ginger one small piece, curry leave,mustard seed,oil, coriander leave hand full,salt.

Ingredients:

Method:
- Cut the bread slices into small pieces.
- Take a bowl break the egg and beaten the egg well keep aside.
- Heat oil in pan add mustard seed ,curry leave.when it start pop up
- Add chopped onion ,green chilly,ginger saute well till it turn light golden brown.
- Add tomato saute well, once tomato cooked well.
- Add turmeric powder,chilly powder,garam masala powder mix well.
- Add beaten egg and salt mix well.
- Add bread pieces and saute well continuously.
- Add coriander leave and saute 1-2 minutes.
Tips:
- while beating the egg add little salt mix well.
